Well, here is everything you need to know about your breasts:


#1  EAT A HEALTHY DIET

Eating a well balanced diet of vegetable, good quality meats and proteins, healthy fats, and nurient-dense foods is essential to being vital and healthy. Make sure to get plenty of essential fatty acids and anti-oxidant rich foods.  Buy as much organic foods as you can ( Learn : how to keep the vagina sweet).
  Reduce the amount of processed sugars whether it's called invert syrup, corn syrup, maltose or came Surat, and simple carbohydrates in your diet, both things that create inflammation and acidity in the body.



#2  MOISTURIZE DAILY
Breasts actually have the most tender, thin, and sensitive skin on your whole body!
It’s up to you to keep that area moisturized and well protected from drying.
Use a thick cream or a good body oil and apply it daily.
It will only take a few minutes, and your breasts will thank you!






#3  DON’T SMOKE

Smoking  cigarettes is associated with increased risk of breast cancer in women and is terrible for your body in so many ways.


#4  BREASTFEED YOUR BABIES FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN

Not only is breastfeeding good for your baby, it’s good for you as well.  The WHO has a lot of benefits you must know on breastfeeding.





#5 LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL YOU DRINK

Alcohol use is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.   It’s recommended to have no more than 1 drink per day.
However, if you can stop you should. Little drops of water make a mighty ocean.

#6  MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT

We all have a different ideal weight for our body.  Eating highly sugary and highly starchy foods , without burning them out can result in obesity.
When your breasts are 'obese' , no bra may fit you comfortably.
To  carry two heavy watermelons in your chest ain't easy!
Obesity raises the risk of breast cancer, especially after menopause when breast cancer most often occurs.
Extra fat can stretch out your skin, making it difficult to keep your breasts from sagging, which can lead to torn ligaments and lots of bruising and breast/back pain.



#7  PRACTICE BREAST SELF-EXAMS

It’s a great habit to get into examining your breasts on a regular basis.  Get to know your breasts.  And that way if there any changes in your breast tissue, you will know.  
It’s easy to perform a monthly self-exam of the breast, and your gynecologist can show you how.

The best place to do this is in the shower with soapy hands, or while applying lotion to the breasts.
